In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to GARRIGUT & GARRIGUT, S.L.
2. PURPOSE AND ACCEPTANCE
These Terms govern access to the online store and the purchase of its products. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy available in the store.
If you do not agree to these conditions, you must not use the store’s services.
3. PRODUCTS
We make every effort to display the characteristics, colours, images, sizes and descriptions of our products accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on the screen and settings of the device being used.
The measurements provided in the size guides are for guidance. Before making a purchase, the customer must check the selected size and colour.
Our products are prepared especially after each order is received. This does not limit any rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
We may modify or withdraw products, designs, prices or descriptions, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
4. ORDERS AND FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. The order will be deemed accepted when you receive our confirmation or when preparation of the order begins.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for justified reasons, including lack of availability, obvious errors in the price or description, suspected fraud or inability to deliver the order. If payment has already been collected, the corresponding amount will be refunded.
The customer must carefully check the products, sizes, colours, quantities and delivery address before confirming the order.
5. CANCELLATIONS
You may request the cancellation of an order by emailing [garriga@bravarent.com](mailto:garriga@bravarent.com).
We will attempt to accept the request provided that preparation of the order has not yet begun. Once preparation has started, we cannot guarantee cancellation, without prejudice to any right of withdrawal or other statutory rights that may apply.
6. PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENTS
The applicable prices will be those displayed in the store when the order is placed. Before payment is confirmed, the total amount will be shown, including shipping costs and any applicable taxes.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges in the destination country. When these charges are not included in the amount collected during checkout, they will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Payment must be made using one of the methods available during checkout. The order will not be processed if payment is not authorised.
7. PREPARATION, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Products are prepared after each order is received. Preparation time is separate from shipping time.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the destination, carrier, customs procedures, periods of high demand, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped from different fulfilment centres and delivered in separate parcels.

8. RETURNS, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS
Returns must be requested in advance by emailing [garriga@bravarent.com](mailto:garriga@bravarent.com) and stating the customer’s name, order number and the item to be returned.
When European Union consumer legislation applies, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to notify us of their decision to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.
Products expressly personalised with information or characteristics individually specified by the customer may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
Damaged or defective products, products with an incorrect print, or products that differ from those ordered must be reported as soon as possible, together with clear photographs and the order number.

9. STATUTORY WARRANTIES
Products are covered by the statutory conformity warranties and rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights available to the customer in relation to defective or damaged products or products that do not conform to the contract.
10. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS AND DATA
When the creation of an account is required, the customer is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information and for keeping their login credentials confidential.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legislation.
11. PROPER USE OF THE WEBSITE
The website must not be used for unlawful or fraudulent activities or in any way that infringes the rights of third parties. Introducing viruses, malicious code or any element intended to damage, alter or gain unauthorised access to the store or its users is prohibited.
We may restrict access when we detect fraudulent or unlawful use or use that breaches these Terms.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
El Dimoniet de Rocafonda is a registered trademark. The store’s own texts, designs, logos, images, graphics and other content are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws.
They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, marketed or used without prior written authorisation, except where permitted by law.
Shopify and any trademarks or content belonging to third parties are the property of their respective owners.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The store uses technology and services provided by Shopify and other providers, including services related to payments, production, fulfilment, shipping and analytics.
Purchases made through this store are entered into directly with GARRIGUT & GARRIGUT, S.L. Shopify is not the seller of the products.
The website may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or terms, which must be reviewed by the user.
14. LIABILITY
We will fulfil our obligations in accordance with applicable law. We will not be liable for delays or failures caused by unforeseeable circumstances or events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or any mandatory consumer rights.
15. AMENDMENTS
We may update these Terms to reflect legal or technical changes or changes to the operation of the store. The version applicable to each order will be the version in force when the purchase was made.
Material changes will be communicated when required by applicable law.
16. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the customer’s country of residence.
Where the customer is a consumer, any dispute will be submitted to the courts determined by applicable law. This clause does not restrict the consumer’s right to bring proceedings before any court to which they are legally entitled.
